Unfair-dismissal proceedings
Our focus lies above all in conducting dismissal-protection proceedings before the labour courts: unfair-dismissal claims, termination and settlement agreements, and proceedings under § 1a KSchG.
Critical deadline: from receipt of a dismissal, German law (§ 4 KSchG) requires you to file a claim with the labour court within 3 weeks. Please contact us immediately.

Social-law aspects
For occupational accidents, sick pay or return-to-work management, we also advise on German social-law matters (SGB III and VII): disputes with the accident-insurance body or the pension fund, recognition of disability status, or dealings with the employment agency.
