Protecting your personal data matters to us. In accordance with the GDPR, we inform you below about the processing of your data when visiting this website.

Controller

The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is Lexuris Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, Schulstraße 60, 77694 Kehl, kanzlei@lexuris.de.

Access data / server log files

When you visit the website, the host automatically records information in server log files (IP address, date and time, file requested, referrer URL, browser and operating system). This processing serves to ensure a smooth connection and system security under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. No merging with other data or identification of you takes place.

Cookies & analytics

This website does without tracking cookies, Google Analytics and social-media plug-ins. Any audience measurement is carried out anonymously and without cookies (e.g. via a privacy-friendly, EU-hosted service). A cookie banner is therefore not required.

Contact form & email

When you contact us via the form or by email, we process the data you provide on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) or to take steps towards a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). The data is deleted once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21) and withdrawal of consent (Art. 7(3)), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77). Transmission is encrypted via SSL/TLS. We also take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data and continuously improve them in line with the state of the art.
