Accident abroad (particularly France)

We represent injured parties after accidents elsewhere in the EU, both out of court and via direct-action proceedings. More than 23 years of experience in French traffic and liability law, together with the former long-standing representation of French, Belgian and Romanian insurers, guarantee seasoned handling — nationwide, enforcing your claims through the German courts.

Documents and correspondence can usually be exchanged electronically, so your case can be handled easily even from a distance.

Civil liability after an accident

After a loss, we enforce your claims to damages — and, in the event of injury, to compensation for pain and suffering — in full against the other party and their liability insurer. Knowledge of insurers’ internal processes and efficient, IT-supported workflows allow for a swift out-of-court settlement.

« Even in simple traffic-accident matters, engaging a lawyer must be regarded as necessary from the outset. »

Traffic criminal law

For drink-driving, endangering road traffic, coercion, hit-and-run or negligent injury, we defend you to achieve the best outcome — not only regarding the penalty, but also the likely measures such as a driving ban or withdrawal of the licence.

Regulatory offences / fines

In fine proceedings (points, driving bans) we work closely with renowned experts in traffic measurement and accident reconstruction to dispel or mitigate the allegation. Where a driving ban is at stake, a successful defence can sometimes avoid it.

Licensing administrative law (fitness-to-drive assessment)

We advise comprehensively on licence withdrawal, recognition of foreign licences, the medical-psychological assessment (MPU) and re-issuance. On request, we support preparation for the psychological part of the assessment, significantly improving the prospects of a successful outcome.
